Move

BIMA Projects/Move

Move is a physical activity health promotions project. It seeks to raise awareness amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults in the greater Brisbane region of the benefits of physical activity. The project will also promote healthy lifestyle choices, regular access to health care services and programs to prevent and/or manage chronic diseases (e.g. high cholesterol, hypertension, obesity, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and cancers).

Acknowledgement:  Brisbane Indigenous Media Association would like to thank Strictly Rhythm Records (the copyright owner) for granting permission to use “I Like to Move It”  for this project.
