BEMAC Live is honoured to present JUNGAJI’s Exhibition: Junumundungal – (As one, joining together). Jungaji is a modern day song man who is one of only a small group of Australian First Nations fluent Gu gu Yalanji speakers and song man left in the world today.
Such sacred ancient law is an integral responsibility for Jungaji in terms of documenting his peoples stories through visual art landscapes, theatre and his love of music and storytelling.
He has performed in various bands around the world for three decades, forging a reputation based on integrity and developing a stellar reputation and following. He joins Let’s Talk to discuss his art, music and the power of healing.
