A new COVID wave is swarming across the country, with health authorities warning mob to protect themselves and their communities.

Kelly Trudgen is a proud Gumbaynngirr woman currently living and working in Tuurbal and Jagera country. Her areas of focus are First Nations health and health equity, and the development of a strong First Nations workforce.  Kelly has over 30 years expertise in nursing, including advanced clinical practice, clinical leadership and health management within both military and civilian nursing contexts.  Her lived experience with First Nations health is both personal and from working in rural and remote areas. Her skills and knowledge are enhanced by post graduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing, Public Health and Emergency & Disaster Management.
