Let’s Talk… Business of Closing the Gap with Adrian Carson, Kaava Watson, Simone Jackson & Frank Tracey

On the National Close the Gap day, Jyi speaks all about the business of Closing the Gap with Adrian Carson the CEO of the Institute of Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH), Kaava Watson the Director Network Development at IUIH, Simone Jackson CEO of Kambu and Frank Tracey CEO of Children’s Health Queensland.

After 14 years, there have been more targets unmet than there have been met and the gap in life expectancy to be closed by 2031 between Indigenous and Non-Indigenous people is not on track. We explore why and what needs to happen for meaningful change and outcomes to the community on the ground.
