Tiga Bayles interviews Australian Institute of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS) Principal Steve Larkin. They talk about the role of AIATSIS, research of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander health services in prison, figures of ATSI people incarcerated, overrepresentation in the criminal justice system and calling for a major review, lack of education in prison for Indigenous people, employment after imprisonment. Tiga Bayles also spoke with the chair of the Queensland Indigenous Education Consultative Committee (QIECC) Gina Archer. They talk about the role of the QIECC, community engagement and Indigenous education.
