The ‘Is Prison Obsolete” Conference will explore and encourage discussion about abolition and alternatives to prison and will initiate and support the development of innovative and creative responses to issues affecting women in prison throughout the world. It will provide an opportunity for individuals, organisations and governments from across the globe to come together and share information.
