Joe played in the National Rugby League for South Sydney Rabbitohs, Sydney Roosters, Penrith Panthers and Canterbury Bulldogs before switching to professional Boxing in 2009. Joe is a 2 Time WBF World Jnr Welterweight champion and won an WBC Asia Continental Title.
Today, Joe uses his personal story in struggling with mental illness to deliver suicide prevention and wellbeing education to people around the country. This episode explores Joe’s work as a mental health advocate through his businesses, The Enemy Within and his new venture the Our Way Academy, creating a better now for First Nations youth.
