Troy Cassar Daley is one of Australia’s most loved country music stars – and of course, one of Aboriginal Australia’s most loved artists as well, and our most recognisable. Country music has been an integral part of his life since birth, but he joins Amy McQuire to talk about another project he has been working on – his autobiography called ‘ Things I carry Around’. The book talks about his upbringing – growing up between his large Aboriginal family in Grafton, and Maltese family living in Sydney –to his first time singing alongside Jimmy Little at Tamworth as a young fella, his path to success on his ARIA and Golden Guitar winning career, and meeting the love  of his life Lauren.
