Nancy has spent a decade leading Queensland Aboriginal Creations, supporting Indigenous artists and performers in building their careers. Nancy’s work has earned her several accolades, including an International Women’s Day Citation and an Australian of the Year nomination.
She’s created and produced major events like the Welcome to Country at the G20 Summit and Black History Month in Brisbane, and she’s also worked as a consultant, helping businesses develop culturally inclusive workplaces.
