The annual report of Call It Out highlights entrenched racism in the justice system.  Associate Professor Fiona Allison, from Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research at UTS says the report contains the stories of zealous over-policing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the failure of police to enforce the law when the victims of crime are Indigenous.  Call it Out is a jointly run by Jumbunna and the National Justice Project which offers an online register for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and others to report acts of racism.
