First Nations men Sam Birch and Quaden Georgetown talk candidly about their experiences with addiction, from what helped them to how they help other men.  Karen Dorante is joined with co-host Kaava Watson from Gargun who is working with Quaden to create a safe space for men dealing with addiction in south east Queensland. On the other side of the country, Sam runs his own land-based fishing and hunting business, Birchy’s Fishing Tours and he regularly runs a men’s camp with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
