Dr. Chris Kavelin has a PhD in Law, he has a deep interest in finding ways to compel colonial legal and political systems to better protect and acknowledge Indigenous knowledges; moving beyond extractive and colonial approaches to Indigenous medical knowledge and towards a full recognition of Indigenous knowledge sovereignty.
